· The load bearing structure and the aggregate storage bins: Monolith version
Monolith version are hot galvanized with three, four or five compartments


· The load bearing structure and the aggregate storage bins: modular version
the dimensions of the compartments allow a remarkable filling capacity and the cubes modularity facilitates the assembly.

· The aggregate and cement weighing is carried out by means of loading cells installed directly on the bearing points of the relevant bins, obtaining in this way a precise and reliable weighing.

· The aggregate storage bin discharge gates are operated by solenoid controlled air cylinders featuring double speed closing.

· To facilitate the discharge of cohesive materials, vibrators are fitted on independent special plates thus avoiding stress to the plant structure.

· Different accurate water weight-batching systems can be supplied according to requirements; they can be combine to a resistive or microwave type moisture control unit, ensuring constant and high quality of concrete.

· The control and management equipment of the different concrete batching plant operations phases, are planned in compliance with the specific customer's requirements.
